There are a few things I love about working in my field. First, I get to practice what I love, hands-on patient care. Second is the amazing company and the staff members I work with closely. That is the basis of my nursing career.

Great communication with staff members. They are always super efficient and knowledgeable and always answer all questions in a timely manner and to the best of their ability. Always go above and beyond to help resolve any issues.
