What do you love about working as a Phlebotomist?

There are a few things I love about working in my field. First, I get to practice what I love, hands-on patient care. Second is the amazing company and the staff members I work with closely. That is the basis of my nursing career.

What career advice will you give to the new and aspiring clinicians in your field?

Tips for a successful clinician career by Kendra:

• Stay in close communication with your team/coworkers and also work as a team. 
• Figure out the best way that works best for you in the position you are in. Never settle if you are not happy or satisfied with what you have. 

What was the best part of being associated with DirectShifts?

Great communication with staff members. They are always super efficient and knowledgeable and always answer all questions in a timely manner and to the best of their ability. Always go above and beyond to help resolve any issues.
