What do you love about working as a Registered Nurse?
As a Registered Nurse, I am grateful to have the ability to help my patients and empower them with the knowledge to improve their health outcomes. That is the basis of my nursing career.
What career advice will you give to the new and aspiring nurses in your field?
Tips for a successful nursing career by Victoria:
- Never be afraid to ask or offer your help. You may not be able to do everything yourself, but together we can do anything.
- Be patient with yourself and your coworkers, we were all new at some point or another in our nursing careers.
- Be brave and take that first step and always offer to hold someone's hand as they take their first step
